Argent and the Greater Manchester Property Venture Fund are exploring a possible £130m sale of Manchester’s largest new office development, 1 St Peter’s Square.
Bilfinger GVA has been instructed to discuss a possible sale of the 280,000 sq ft grade-A 1 St Peter’s Square with investors on an off-market basis. The block is currently 44% let to KPMG and law firm DLA Piper, with San Carlo’s Fumo concept also having leased restaurant space on the ground floor.
Addleshaw Goddard is also expected to sign for a further 55,000 sq ft of office space at the block in the coming weeks.
Savills and GVA are leasing agents on the building.
