Ashford borough council has named local developers Quinn Estates and George Wilson Holdings as development partners on the 590,000 sq ft Ashford Commercial Quarter.
The masterplan for the area – opposite Ashford International Station – includes a main business hub as well as 150 homes. Work on the scheme is expected to start in spring 2016 with an 18-month build timetable.
