Partners to redevelop Royal Mint Court

Royal-Mint-Court-THUMB.jpegDelancey has formed a joint venture with the LRC Group to redevelop Royal Mint Court, EC3, a 5.5-acre office campus on the eastern fringe of the City, adjacent to the Tower of London.

Delancey partner DV4 bought the freehold interest in the site from the Crown Estate in 2010. LRC acquired the debt secured on the headleasehold interests in 2014.

The jv will seek the redevelopment of the 466,000 sq ft of mostly vacant office buildings on the site, but has not yet decided what function the new scheme will take.

Delancey has been appointed to secure planning consent.
