Thai restaurant Patara has signed a new lease for its fifth London restaurant, on Berners Street, W1.
It is taking 4,000 sq ft on a 20-year lease, which is due to open in November.
Nick Weir, joint managing partner at Shelley Sandzer, said: “Located next door to the acclaimed Berners Tavern and London Edition Hotel, this is an excellent site for Patara that is in keeping with their sophisticated cuisine and the stylish settings of their other London restaurants.”
Shelley Sandzer acted for a private landlord in the deal. Patara was represented by Stephen Kane and Co.
