DE&J Levy has hired Patrick Ryan from Capita Symonds to its central London office agency team.
Ryan currently heads Capita’s West End agency division, having joined NB Real Estate in 2006. He will begin his new role in March.
The move follows recent appointments by DE&J Levy. In November, the firm hired Matt Sharman from Cluttons to head a new London residential and mixed-use development division. Earlier in the year, office agency head Simon Tann joined from CB Richard Ellis.
