Patrizia buys Fulham office

Patrizia has bought Coda Studios in Fulham, SW6, from Colombia Threadneedle for around £39m.

It acquired the 65,000 sq ft office on behalf of its Hanover PUT fund, which has been running for 51 years and has a net asset value of almost £525m.

Simon West, fund manager of Hanover at Patrizia, said: “This is a unique west London business and we see a real opportunity to offer the type of office accommodation that tenants are seeking in today’s market. 95% of private businesses in the UK employ less than 50 people and Coda is perfectly placed to attract these companies.”

The German fund manager has expanded rapidly in the past 12 months, growing its assets under management with the acquisitions of Triuva and Rockspring.
