Patrizia Immobilien has appointed Dirk Bootsma as director of international capital markets for Europe.
Based in Amsterdam, Bootsma will work on strengthening the company’s global fundraising capability with a focus on business development across Europe, and will expand the firm’s teams in Europe, North America and Australia.
Prior to joining Patrizia Dirk spent five years as director of private real estate investments at PGGM where he was responsible for real estate investments in Europe. Prior to this he was a senior associate for CBRE Global Investors and ING REIM.
