German real estate investment firm Patrizia Immobilien AG is opening an office in Madrid, Spain.
Enticed by major opportunities in the Spanish residential market, the firm has appointed Spanish real estate expert Borja Goday to lead the team in Madrid.
Goday has more than 15 years of professional experience in the real estate industry, in the areas of investment banking (M&A) at JP Morgan, residential and hotel project development at Sotogrande and NH Hotels Group, as well as private equity at O’Connor Capital Partners.
Goday will take up his post on 1 April.
