Patrizia has received planning consent for a 624-home PRS tower at First Street in Manchester.
The new development will form part of the 20-acre mixed-use scheme and represents Patrizia’s maiden investment in the UK private rented sector.
The completed scheme will comprise four towers of up to 23 storeys, a 24,760 sq ft raised garden space and 13,455 sq ft of mixed-use commercial space at street level.
Construction is expected to start in Q4 2016 with a view to completing the development by mid-2019.
