A former pub is among 64 properties on offer at the upcoming Paul Fosh auction in Cardiff.
The Crown Inn, in Bridgend, comprises three floors and a car park with 20 spaces and has the potential for commercial and residential redevelopment.
It will go under the hammer with a guide price of £20,000.
The auction takes place at the Park Inn hotel, Cardiff, and is the last Paul Fosh auction of the year.
