US law firm Paul Weiss has agreed to lease a further 5,000 sq ft at M&G Real Estate’s recently refurbished Alder Castle office scheme on Noble Street, EC2.
The firm will expand its footprint by a third, totalling 15,000 sq ft on a 10-year lease.
Designed by Morrow & Lorraine, the refurbishment included the creation of a new reception and office space.
