St Francis Group and ALMCOR have pre-sold a 113,872 sq ft industrial unit at Horizon 29 in Bolsover, North Derbyshire.
PCT Healthcare has acquired the development in order to consolidate its depots into a purpose-built unit. By incorporating automation into this site, PCT Healthcare, trading as Peak Pharmacy, expects the patient journey in its pharmacies to improve.
The logistics development site is currently being delivered by Bolsover Land.
Gareth Williams, development director at St Francis Group, said: “Work on site will begin in June and the new unit will be handed over in April next year.”
CBRE industrial team, Leeds, and Knight Frank acted for Bolsover Land to secure the deal. Jack McCabe, senior consultant at WT Gunson, acted for PCT Healthcare.
