Düsseldorf-based project developer PDI Property Development Investors has sold plot III of the Adler Quartiere site in Frankfurt’s Gallus district.
The sales price was not disclosed.
The buyer, Aschaffenburg-based Realconcept, is planning to develop 120 high-quality freehold flats on the site.
At the two remaining plots I and II, PDI Group will build 225 rental flats under the name Louis am Park and Harry’s Lofts & Houses.
PDI previously sold plot IV at the Adler Quartiere site to Cologne project developer Bauwens.
