The University of Cambridge has made two appointments to its newly established property group, which oversees real estate and infrastructure development around the university.
Liz Peace has joined as chair of the property board. With non-executive roles at Howard de Walden Estates, RPS Group and RDI REIT, Peace is also chair of the GLA’s Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation and the sponsor board for the Palace of Westminster Restoration and Renewal Programme.
Katherine Rodgers will join as director of property development early next year, leading on the university’s property development activity across housing, commercial, retail, hospitality and rural/agricultural estates.
Rodgers will join from Our Place Sustainable Development, where she is development director. She is also non-executive director at Hyde Group, the housing association.
