Budget clothes retailer Peacocks is set to sign a deal for a flagship store on London’s Oxford Street, W1.
The retailer is set to take an 18,000 sq ft unit over three floors at 168-170 Oxford Street, previously occupied by JD Sports and Moss Bros.
The site is next door to fashion retailer H&M and is being redeveloped by landlord Roche Properties.
Peacocks currently has 460 stores across the UK and ten already in London, however this will be its first West End store.
Peacocks, which has just announced plans to invest £21.5 in 30 new UK stores joins other budget retailers such as Primark who will be opening a 130,000 sq ft store near Marble Arch.
Nash Bond is advising on the sale.
