The Pears family has bought Acre Park in Keighley, West Yorkshire, for £10m.
The purchase is part of a strategy of buying well-let industrial estates located in UK regions with favourable demand/supply dynamics.
The park was sold by Acre Product Developments.
Acre Park comprises 200,000 sq ft of industrial facilities, with immediate access to the A650 Aire Valley trunk road, seven miles south of Skipton and eight miles north-east of Bradford.
Occupiers on the estate include logistics firm BMC International, mobility scooter retailer Freerider Luggie and go-karting manufacturer Sodikart.
Fisher German advised the Pears family. Atkinson Associates acted for the vendor and is retained agent for the estate.
