Pearson Property Investments has assigned its remaining interest on the 1311 sq m (14,115 sq ft) Unit 1, Charles Street, West Bromwich, West Midlands, to HDC Resins.
HDC Resins will occupy the building with their sister company Hood & Dudley. They will pay £33,500 pa on a lease which has five years to run.
