Manchester-based property giant Peel has submitted an outline planning application for a housing and nature park scheme in Salford, Greater Manchester.
Peel plans to build around 350 family homes, of which about 70 will be affordable units, and the creation of an adjacent nature park, on its land at Burgess Farm in Walkden, on the western edges of the borough of
The site totals 45 acres, of which around 32 acres will be used for the housing development.
