Peel Land & Property has signed wealth management solutions company Elite Synergy at No.8 Princes Dock, Liverpool Waters.
Elite Synergy, which offers services including payroll solutions, pensions, retirement and inheritance advice, has signed a 10-year lease for 4,500 sq ft on the third floor.
The deal leaves 5,400 sq ft available to rent at the building, where the quoting rent is £17 per sq ft.
Elite Synergy will join Pricewaterhouse Coopers, KPMG and Savills at the building, relocating from its current offices in the Cotton Exchange on Bixteth Street.
The five-storey Grade A No.8 Princes Dock has recently undergone a refurbishment, with landlords Peel collaborating with Chapman Taylor Architects.
Adam Bale, director at Elite Synergy, said: “We’ve been looking to move for a while and once we saw what was on offer at Liverpool Waters it didn’t take us long to make our decision.
“This move will give us more space to grow and develop as a team, all in the wonderful surroundings of the waterfront.”
