Community Health and Eyecare has become the latest tenant to take space at Venus in TraffordCity, Greater Manchester.
The optometrist practice will occupy the 5,180 sq ft suite on the ground floor of the building, which is owned by Peel Waters.
Venus is located within walking distance of the Trafford Centre. The building has eight floors. Peel Waters has space in the building and other tenants include SPIE, and Capita Business Services.
James Whittaker, executive director at Peel Waters, said: “We believe TraffordCity will be the pre-eminent retail and leisure destination in the UK and Venus is located at the centre of it, making it one of the most desirable locations for workspace in Greater Manchester.
“With so much to do and experience on the doorstep, it is an office choice for enhancing business culture and company wellbeing. Community Health and Eyecare will provide another useful amenity to the 17,500 workers within TraffordCity.”
