Colliers International and Fisher Hargreaves Proctor have been appointed joint letting agents at Pegasus business park in Castle Donnington, East Midlands.
The park, which has been developed by East Midlands Airport and MAG Developments, the property and development arm of airport owner Manchester Airports Group, comprises more than 60 acres.
Located within the East Midlands Airport complex and next to the M1 motorway, the 225,000 sq ft park has outline planning consent for office space on a further 25-acres of developable land.
Pegasus Park’s existing tenants include Regus, PwC and Eon. A 216-bedroom Radisson Blu hotel is scheduled to open on the park later this year.
John Proctor, partner at FHP, said: “When it was launched, the park proved to be highly successful and it remains one of the biggest in the region – but, in terms of the regional office market, it has slipped from the mind’s eye somewhat.
“However, with the development of the new Radisson Blu hotel as a catalyst, we anticipate re-establishing Pegasus business park and will be deliberately targeting businesses whose operations go beyond airport related activities, as it is in a central position within the UK.”
