Pelican Group is to open a cafe bar at 31 Bridlesmith Gate, Nottingham. The Whitbread-backed restaurateur is paying Royal & Sun Alliance £110,000 pa on a 25-year lease with five-yearly rent reviews.
The building’s total floor area is about 557.4 sqm (6,000 sq ft) with a ground floor of 260.12 sq m (2,800 sq ft). It is understood that Royal & Sun will retain the property.
