Pembroke Real Estate has appointed CBRE to sell West End trophy 20-21 St James’s Square, SW1, for £120m.
The 70,000 sq ft, grade I listed property has scope for redevelopment, with potential for vacant possession next year.
Pembroke Real Estate bought the building for £81m – a 5.5% yield – from a private overseas investor in 2005.
A spokesman for Pembroke said: “Now is an appropriate time to contemplate proposals.”
