Peng party house disturbs Dartmoor

A planning row has erupted over whether a grade I listed manor in Devon can become a “party palace”.

Liquin Peng wants to convert the 10-bedroom Canonteign Manor into a holiday let, but locals fear the change would result in unruly behaviour and “drunken revelry”.
