Penguin Random House has confirmed it has completed a £67m sale and leaseback of its office at 20 Vauxhall Bridge Road, SW1, with French fund manager Sofidy.
The publisher has agreed to lease the eight-storey, 63,229 sq ft building where it has been based for more than 30 years for a further 11 years.
The 1930s-built property recently underwent a £4m refurbishment.
Penguin Random House also occupies 83,400 sq ft at One Embassy Gardens, SW8.
