Peninsula plans are out of this world

London-Paramount

A spaceship-inspired entertainments and events space has been revealed as part of a £2bn leisure complex planned for the Swanscombe Peninsula in Kent.

London Paramount will include a 111-acre entertainment resort featuring Europe’s largest water park, a 215,000 sq ft event space and more than 5,000 hotel bedrooms.

Kuwaiti Europe Holdings is funding the development and has already spent £40m on consultancy.

Land Securities and Lafarge Tarmac own the land; Farrells is the masterplanner.
