City law firms are gearing up for a potential wave of legal disputes after pension funds were forced to sell assets quickly in the wake of the mini-Budget.

A surge in bond yields after the mini-Budget led to demands on pension schemes to rapidly provide collateral on liability-driven investment strategies.
