Mary Hennigan-Lawson has joined Lurot Brand as director of lettings. She was previously partner at Cluttons, working out of its Hyde Park estate office (020 7479 1999).

Andrew Highwood, director at Savills in Sevenoaks, has been appointed chairman of the compulsory purchase policy
and compensation panel of the RICS. He will chair the 10-strong panel in a fixed appointment (01732 789761).

Residential property manage­ment specialist Chainbow has made the following appointments: Michelle MacKenzie, property manager; Peter Hilliard, roving porter; Michelle Soupe, property administrator; Shebhani Hedge, property administrator; Anna Kubik, property administrator; and Gary Nourse, trainee. Jason Miles also joined as residential estates director last month (020 7928 9944).

Knight Frank has appointed Laura Gardner graduate surveyor to its commercial team in Bristol. Gardner will be working under the supervision of Neil Turley, head of retail at Knight Frank’s Bristol office (020 7861 1035).

CALA Homes has appointed Dale Wiltshire and Gurvinder Singh to its Birmingham office as land buyers. Singh has joined from Antler Homes Midlands’ land department (0121 629 1300).

Prestigic Holdings has promoted Philip Dawes to managing director and has appointed Jonathan Green director. Green was previously with Burleigh Estates (020 7629 1110).

CALA Finance has appointed Alastair Blyth business development manager for Scotland and the North East. He will be responsible for developing new business and furthering relationships with existing clients (0131 535 5200).

Graeme Fraser has joined Cushman & Wakefield’s professional services team in Scotland, as associate (020 7152 5739).

David Betteridge has been promoted to divisional director at multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy hurleypalmerflatt (020 7429 3333).

Matt Dodds has joined Kenmore as asset manager for the South West and South Wales. A qualified chartered surveyor, he has more than seven years’ experience in office agency and asset management (0131 226 9033).

Anthony Dawson has joined Atisreal’s national investment team in London at surveyor level, where he will act as a national agent across all sectors. Dawson has moved from the Manchester office. Steven Archer has also joined the team after successfully completing the graduate programme (020 7338 4219).

DTZ has appointed Abbie Long to its office agency team in Bristol. Long will be responsible for agency acquisitions and disposals across the South West. She has a wealth of agency experience, having previously worked in DTZ’s London office (0117 900 4318).

Affordable housing provider Lovell has made the following appointments in its North East region: John Rider, operations manager responsible for all new-build work in the region; and Tony Skidmore, regional health, safety and environmental adviser. Simon Hogg has also been promoted from contracts manager to operations manager, responsible for the operational delivery of the company’s refurbishment work in the North East (0113 202 2200).

James Burns has joined Ryden’s Inverness office as senior surveyor. Burns has been based at Graham & Sibbald in Inverness for the past five years. He previously worked for East of Scotland Water & James Barr (01463 717202).

Douglas Stevens & Co has promoted Trevor Pyne, Nick Cook and Richard Mills to salaried directors (020 7491 0999).

Miller Developments has appointed Keith Mackie development manager. He will look after Miller Developments’ office projects including Edinburgh Park, Consort House in Aberdeen and Pacific Quay in Glasgow. He previously worked for Newbattle Developments in Edinburgh where he structured several active management commercial joint ventures in Scotland and, latterly, focused on projects in Eastern Europe. Prior to this, Mackie worked for Savills in the central London investment team for five years acting for a variety of institutions and property companies in the West End market (0870 336 5000).

Nottingham property consultant Bruton Knowles has promoted James Bailey to partner. He will continue to head the professional team working for a range of commercial, public and private sector clients. Nigel Billingsley has been promoted to associate (0115 968 1160).

Nicholas Snoek has joined Pengaron Group as associate director, where he will be involved with developments and investments throughout the UK and Ireland. He has joined from Lambert Smith Hampton’s London office (020 7259 5225).

Johnson Fellows has made the following promotions: Paul Cancho-Marchena and Alistair Winning from graduate surveyor to surveyor in the professional department; Mohammed Basharat from surveyor to senior surveyor in the management department; and James MacMullen from senior surveyor to associate partner in the management department (0121 643 9337).
