Henri James appoints SelzerParis-based advisory Henri James has appointed David Selzer as director of commercial investment. Selzer was previously a senior consultant at BNP Paribas Real Estate, working in both its commercial investment and hotels teams. Selzer started last month and will work on offices and industrial investment.Hobbs joins IPDIPD has appointed Peter Hobbs as senior director and head of business development. Gabbay will be based in LaSalle’s Hong Kong office and has previously worked for Lehman Brothers and Nomura International. Mouton takes over at Corio EspañaCorio has named Christophe Mouton as the new chief executive for Corio España. Mouton has been responsible for the Spanish business of developer and investor Altarea Cogedim for many years. He succeeds John van Haaren, who left to become chief executive of Corio Nederland. Moulton will start on 20 September. Vosper joins Alliance BernsteinAlliance Bernstein has expanded its real estate investment group with its appointment of Paul Vosper, who will be based in London and a member of the investment committee. Vosper joins from Morgan Stanley Investment Management, where he was most recently the global chief operation officer for the real estate fund of funds business, and a member of the investment committee. Weinstock leaves HSH Real EstateMarc Weinstock left HSH Real Estate, of which he was chairman, in June to seek new professional challenges. HSH Real Estate’s supervisory board said it regretted Weinstock’s decision.
