Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Amy Emery as a partner to lead its new serviced office advisory business. She joins from DeVono Cresa, where she set up a bespoke platform to access serviced offices throughout the UK.
Knight Frank has recruited Huw Holman as senior surveyor to its specialist property investment team. He joins from Colliers, where he advised clients on acquisitions, development funding and ground rent for specialist assets across the UK.
Chris Hayward has been appointed as a non-executive director at Indigo. He has 30 years’ experience and was previously chairman of the planning and transportation committee for the City of London Corporation.

Fisher German has appointed Ross Jackson as a development surveyor and Amy Bowden as a graduate development surveyor at its Ashby-de-la-Zouch office.
Housing developer Aster Group has made the following assistant director promotions: Amy Nettleton, sales and marketing; Hannah Watkins, development; and Tony Clifford, technical and construction. Jane Gallifent has joined as director in development and sales and Gerald Choat as assistant director of land and planning.
Cavendish Maxwell has appointed Patrick Ditcham as a partner and joint head of the machinery and business asset department. He has more than 28 years’ valuation and auctioneering experience and joins from Lambert Smith Hampton.

Retirement housebuilder McCarthy & Stone has appointed John Tonkiss as chief operating officer. Tonkiss will drive the business’ strategy growth and oversee the development of its regional operations across the UK. Darren Humphreys has been promoted to central divisional managing director and will be responsible for the West Midlands, East Midlands and the South West regions.
London architecture practice ColladoCollins has appointed David Minnis as director. He will work alongside founder Roy Collado and Jonathan Collins in the residential and public sectors. Minnis was previously at HLM.
Law firm Birketts has promoted Bhargav Trivedi to partner in the Norwich office.
Bruton Knowles has appointed graduate surveyor George Mitchell to its Plymouth team.
FG Burnett has named Scott Strachan and Derek Richardson as directors. Strachan is experienced in business rates and Richardson specialises in commercial property and land valuation.
