Gensler, the integrated architecture, design and planning firm, has promoted Maria Nesdale to principal in its London office. She has worked for Gensler for 13 years. Lambert Smith Hampton has promoted Gayle Taylor to consultancy services director and Stephen Proudley to transactions services director. Jenny Smith has joined CBRE’s North West asset management team as senior director. She succeeds John Lea who has retired after more than 33 years. Story Homes has appointed Neil White and Peter Robinson as production managers. Becky Howley joins as field sales. Sam Pullar has joined Indigo Planning’s central London team as associate director. He joins from St George Property Developers, part of the Berkeley Group. Pullar has previously worked on residential-led mixed-use schemes and town centre regeneration projects. Fraser Yarnold has joined CWM Out of Town as a senior surveyor in its agency and investment teams in London. He joins from Knight Frank. Mark Manners has joined Sapcote Group as head of asset management. He was previously with Arora Management Services. Derby-based BB&J Commercial has appointed commercial property agent Paul Harding. Bill Adams has joined Edinburgh-based agency IME Property as a consultant. Simon Brooksbank has joined Chelgate Local as a public affairs consultant. He previously worked for Boyer Planning. Savills has recruited Chris Wishart as director in its healthcare team. He has 20 years’ experience in the industry and joins from Knight Frank. HB Reavis has appointed Andrew Hudson as head of cost and commercial. He was previously a partner at Arcadis and is experienced in mixed-use and masterplanned commercial developments. Matthew Corcoran has joined Sterling Rose Strategic as head of strategic land development across the residential, care, hotel and student accommodation sectors. He joins from Inland Homes. Steve Unwin has joined Aitchison Raffety as a building surveyor in Hertfordshire. He joins from Thames Valley Police where he undertook professional surveying work. Aramark has appointed Louise Phillips as managing director of property. She has more than 25 years’ experience working in the Irish and UK industry and is skilled in property development and lease regears. Peter Clarke has joined Avison Young’s valuation team as a director. He brings to the role expertise of the Midlands commercial valuation sector. Northampton-based real estate investment and development business Barwood Capital has named Susan Clayton as chair of its new Barwood Property Fund 2017. UK retail and leisure developer Sovereign Centros has appointed Jack Gordon from Allsop and Raife Gale from CBRE as senior asset managers. Nick Dunning Associates has appointed Julian Irby from Countywide as chief financial officer and board director, effective from April 2017.
