LifeCare Residences has appointed Chris Dunning (pictured left) as director of construction. He has more than 25 years’ experience in construction and specialises in project and stakeholder management, commercial fit-out and refurbishment of large scale development work. He previously worked as a director for Macegreen, where he spearheaded the London project management team and consulting divisions.
David Bridges (pictured second from left) has joined Lambert Smith Hampton’s South West team as an associate director. Bridges moves from the firm’s Northampton office, where he was based for six years and worked in the building consultancy services with clients in both the public and private sectors.
Sarah Cary (pictured second from right) has been appointed as Enfield Council’s executive director of regeneration and environmental services. Cary replaces Ian Davis and will oversee regeneration, estate renewal programmes and front-line services.
Henry Adams has appointed Tony Bowden (pictured right) as development surveyor in the land team, working alongside partners David Adams and Martin Curry. Bowden will be based in the Chichester office and will identify, assemble and sell land for residential and mixed-use development in the south.
CBRE has appointed Kate McMurtrie as an executive director in its EMEA advisory and transaction management team based in Moscow. McMurtrie will be responsible for business development and key occupier client accounts across the EMEA region with a specific focus on CBRE’s occupier service offerings in Russia, CEE and Switzerland.
James Gilbert-Green has joined Savills as a director in the Sloane Street office. He was previously a partner at Strutt & Parker and was involved in high value property transactions in Knightsbridge and Belgravia, including sales at One Hyde Park.
Kate Richardson has joined JLL as a surveyor in the agency team in Nottingham. She was previously with RICS MATRICS.
Avison Young has appointed Jekaterina Maksimova as a graduate surveyor, working alongside Peter Clarke in the valuation team in its West End office.
Brownfield regeneration and property investment specialist Harworth has appointed Alastair Lyons as non-executive director and chairman of the board, with effect from 7 March. Lyon will succeed Jonson Cox, who retires from the board on 31 March.
Metro Bank has appointed Gabrielle Berring as director of commercial real estate. Berring will be responsible for the commercial real estate team.
AXA Investment Managers – Real Assets has promoted Nathalie Charles to head of development and European country teams; Amal del Monaco to head of sector specialists; and Xavier Ramette to head of asset management, Europe. They will report directly to Andrew Stainer, global head of asset management and development.
Graeme Cosgrove and Kevin Foster have joined property developers Henry Davidson Developments as directors in Birmingham. They have more than 25 years’ experience in commercial property within retail, residential, leisure, hotel and office sectors.
Green REIT in Dublin has appointed Rosheen McGuckian as a non-executive director.
Cushman & Wakefield has named Andrew Hawkins as international partner and senior leader in its London capital markets team. He joins from JLL in summer 2018.
George Grimes has joined M J Mapp’s retail team based in the London office. Grimes joins from Savills and is experienced in regional and local shopping centres, outlet centres and out of town parks.
Law firm DTM Legal has appointed property lawyers Paul Makinson and Stephen Lunt as partners, and Sue Elias as head of the residential team and as legal associate.
Trident Building Consultancy’s London city office has appointed Pavan Garcha as an assistant cost consultant from Navigation Management.
Law firm Lodders has appointed Paul Mourton as its managing partner. Mourton has been head of the firm’s real estate team since 2015 and been partner of the Cheltenham office since 2013.
Cooke & Arkwright has promoted Jane Shankland to director of business rates, and Robert Evans to associate director in the development land team.
Barton Willmore’s Cambridge office has appointed Lyndon Gill as planning director, and Joanna Burton as lead of its heritage planning offer.
GL Hearn has appointed David Felman as corporate director and head of occupier advisory for London and the South East. Jane Ashworth has been named as senior surveyor in the occupier advisory team in Manchester.
The National Landlords Association has appointed Adrian Jeakings as chairman. Jeakings joined the board of directors in June 2016 as a non-executive director.
The commercial team at Pennycuick Collins has promoted Richard Bache to associate partner, and has appointed graduate surveyor Alexia Frixou.
Grosvenor Group has appointed Jonathan Lane chairman of the Grosvenor Europe board, and Olivier Piani has been named non-executive director of the board.
UBS Asset Management has appointed Reto Ketterer as head of real estate Europe ex Switzerland in its real estate and private markets business.
