Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Katrina Hulse (pictured left) as partner to its development and planning team in Leeds. She joins from Peacock and Smith where she was a senior associate.

Eddie Cook (pictured second from left) has joined Montagu Evans as a consultant from Chancerygate. Cook will work with the firm’s business space team to develop its industrial sector activity and the investment market.

Tanya Atkinson (pictured second from right) has joined the Alder King’s South West valuation team as a chartered surveyor. Atkinson joins from Cushman & Wakefield.

Tom Bryant (pictured right) has joined Savills as a director of residential development sales for Kent and Sussex. He previously worked for CBRE.

Property Vision has appointed Philip Harvey as senior partner. Harvey joined the firm 17 years ago and has overseen the country offering of the business as a managing partner.

Tony Clements has joined Rapleys as a partner in the Birmingham office. He will establish and lead the planning team, which will offer retail & leisure, development, building consultancy and planning services in the Midlands area.

Manchester based HOW Planning has appointed partner Richard Kevan to lead its EIA team. Paul Nellist joins as principal planner from Lichfields, and Emily Roberts as senior planner from Knight Frank. Alice Henderson, Lauren Neary and Jonny Wilks join the firm as graduates.

Tom Goode has joined the Knight Frank industrial property team in Yorkshire from Sanderson Weatherall.

Business Lending Group has appointed Anil Bains as director of asset management. He joined the firm in 2014 and prior to that was project manager for EC Harris.

Sanderson Weatherall has appointed Chris Dent as an associate partner in its North East agency team. He has previously worked for ES Group and Cushman and Wakefield.

Pemberton Greenish has appointed Ajoy Bose-Mallick as a finance partner in the commercial real estate team. He joins from Maples Teesdale.

Guy Taylor will join Savills UK as director of Great Estates in spring 2018. He will lead a newly formed team responsible for advising the Great Estates of London.

Jamie Hopkins has been appointed as a non-executive director to the board at St Modwen Properties, effective 1 March 2018.

Generator Group has appointed Mark Peace as development director to spearhead the expansion of its South West division. Peace will be responsible for overseeing the division’s existing projects, including the Huller & Cheese development and the former Elizabeth Shaw Chocolate Factory.

Fruition Properties has recruited Tatiana Dean as land manager. Dean was formerly with Regal Homes, and is experienced in the appraisal and acquisition of sites for residential and mixed-use schemes throughout London.

National property and investment company LCP has appointed asset managers Ceri Markham and Derek Croal. Markham joins the industrial team from Cushman and Wakefield and Croal has joined the retail team from Walsall-based European Food Brokers.

CBRE has appointed Robert Shadbolt as a director in the regional building consultancy department in Southampton. He joins from JLL.

Grant Wright has joined Holmes Investment Properties as a partner. Wright has experience in the UK leisure sector and previously worked for David Lloyd Leisure.

Lambert Smith Hampton has promoted director, Ann Kay to head of lease advisory. Kay will head up the division across Scotland overseeing rent reviews, lease renewals and re-gears for both tenants and landlords.

Danielle O’Connor has joined Knight Frank’s healthcare valuations team as a chartered surveyor.

Property consultant Carterwood has made the following promotions: Luke Sefton and Victoria Millard, principal analysts; Aishling Barrett, senior analyst; Jessica Stainthorp, analyst; Dawn Lawrence, senior consultancy co-ordinator; and Sadie Havens, senior sales administrator.

Orbit Property Management has appointed Murray Wells as a director.

Tunstall Real Estate Asset Management has hired Steve Smith as a senior adviser. Smith is currently non-executive chairman of Starwood Real Estate Finance, the PRS REIT and AEW Long Lease REIT.

Knight Frank’s strategic consultancy practice team has hired Giuseppe Boscherini as a partner.

Corporate finance firm TradeRisks has appointed Andrew Screen as managing director.

Law firm Ashurst has appointed real estate and asset finance expert Filip Kurkowski to its finance team in Frankfurt.

Landwood Group has launched Landwood Property Auctions, offering commercial and residential properties and land for sale across the UK. James Ashworth has joined the new business as a director.

Wright Hassall has appointed lawyer Judith Gershon as partner in real estate finance.

LGIM Real Assets has hired Alex Mountford as senior asset manager for its managed Fund.

David Erwin has joined CBRE as an executive director in a key client role with responsibility for strategically managing and developing client relationships.
