GL Hearn has appointed Andrew Bradshaw (pictured left) as head of planning for the North West. Bradshaw will be based in the Manchester office and will lead the planning team to support the growth agenda.
Real Asset Partners has appointed Anoushka Gohil (pictured second from left) to the position of senior associate. Gohil previously worked at SVS Real Estate and Urban Input Asset Management, focusing on residential, office and hospitality assets within Spain. In her new role she will assist in the raising of capital across the UK and continental Europe.
Colliers International has appointed Martyn Munford (pictured second from right) as head of valuation in the City office and director in its valuation and advisory team. He will be responsible for supporting clients and developing valuation and advisory services in London.
Delin Capital Asset Management has appointed Anthony Butler (pictured right) as chief investment officer. He has previously worked for Generali Real Estate.
CBRE has named Chris Larkin as chief transformation and development officer in the UK and EMEA, effective 1 March.
Martin Dick joins Urban Union as senior quantity surveyor at its head office in Glasgow.
Kit Alexander has joined Harper Dennis Hobbs’s leisure team as an associate director. Alexander will work with executive director Richard Willcox and director Charlie Catterallon, advising food & beverage and leisure operators on their central London property requirements.
Colliers International has appointed Karel Stransky as head of its new corporate industrial advisory division. Stransky has more than 25 years’ experience in corporate real estate consulting, dealing with industrial planning, construction, development and transaction management for pan-European clients such as Bridgestone, BP, Faurecia, Harman and Hollister.
Buckland Development has appointed John Beresford as managing director. He joins from Grainger, where he was responsible for running its strategic land business.

Paul Houghton has joined DM Hall as director and head of planning. He has 26 years’ experience in public and private sector planning disciplines.
