Architecture practice 3DReid has appointed Cathy Mocke (pictured left) as director in Manchester. Mocke is experienced in UK and international hospitality and residential sectors.
Richard Wright (pictured second from left) has joined Commercial Property Partners’ investment team. He joins as a partner and head of its new London office. Wright was previously a partner at BNP Paribas.
Jack Farmer (pictured second from right) has joined Exeter Property Group as a director in investment and asset management for the UK. Farmer previously worked for SEGRO.
Property investment firm LCP, has appointed Dermit Smith (pictured right) as asset manager for its office in Scotland. Smith joins from Shaw Smith Property, which he established in 2012.
Colliers International has appointed Michael O’Hare as a director in its London hotels and resorts consultancy division team. O’Hare has more than 25 years’ experience in the international hotel sector.
Van Dyck re-joins Cushman & Wakefield as chair of its EMEA capital markets business from Redevco B.V. Dyck will support Jan-Willem Bastijn, head of EMEA capital markets.
Private rented housing developer and operator Moda has appointed Carl Wood as project director, and Anika Day as senior project manager in its development team.
West Midlands firms Shortland Penn + Moore and D&P Holt have merged. The new firm, named Holt Commercial, will be based at Warwick Row, Coventry and Colmore Row, Birmingham.
P3 has appointed Andrew Stacey as chief operating officer. Andrzej Wroński has been promoted to group head of asset management.
Jason Clemons has joined Savills’ planning division as head of heritage planning. Clemons joins from WYG and will lead Savills’ expansion of the heritage service delivering national coverage.
Frédéric Mangeant has been made CEO for BNP Paribas Real Estate in Spain.
Eric Wright Construction has promoted Dan Gosling to commercial director, Steve Reid to pre-construction director, John Harnett to operations director and James Eager to surveying director.
Johnsey Estates has appointed Isabelle Bateman as lettings and development surveyor.
Greenridge Investment Management has appointed Alex Walker as a director. He joins from Kames Capital Property where he helped launch its Property Income Fund in 2014. Walker will assist with the development of Greenridge’s investment and asset management offering.
Savills Investment Management has appointed Justin O’Connor, CEO for Asia Pacific; Nick Cooper, deputy chairman; Giuseppe Oriani, CEO for Europe; Harry de Ferry Foster and Jon Crossfield, co-heads for the UK; and Carolina von Groddeck, head of Germany.
Deluxe Group has appointed James Hicken as business director. He previously worked for design and build specialist McAleer & Rushe.
GVA’s healthcare team has appointed Rob Hearle and Tom Harrison as directors in its London and Bristol offices respectively. Hearle joins from Aitchison Raffety where he worked in the primary care sector. Harrison was previously a principal associate at Carterwood.

St. Modwen Properties, the UK’s leading regeneration specialist, has appointed Jamie Hopkins as a non-executive director, effective from 1 March.
Matt Bredin and Harry Elliot have joined Carter Jonas’ commercial team. Bredin joins as a senior surveyor and will assist in industrial search and lease negotiation advice across the Yorkshire region on behalf of landlords and occupiers. Elliot has joined the firm’s graduate scheme, and previously worked for Knight Frank.
Mariana Trusson, associate director at Cundall’s Edinburgh office, has been appointed chair of Edinburgh Sustainable Development Partnership.
Lewis Townsend Solicitors has appointed property and leasehold specialist Andrew Slatter as a partner. He joins from Charles Russell Speechlys.

UK Commercial Property Trust has hired Robert Fowlds as a non-executive director, with effect from 1 April.
AXA Investment Managers – Real Assets has appointed Florence Dard as global head of business development.
Mike Lewis has joined M J Mapp as executive director and head of facilities management in Birmingham. Lewis has previously worked for UK real estate investors; the Crown Estate, Aviva, Invesco and M&G.
Cushman & Wakefield’s UK healthcare advisory team has appointed Henry Harris as partner. Harris joins from Lambert Smith Hampton where he was the director for healthcare.
Law firm VWV has appointed Andrew Tubbs as a partner in its commercial property team in Birmingham.
The Liverpool office of GVA has appointed graduates Remi Smith to the agency team, and John Gration to the valuation consultancy team. James Ratcliffe has been promoted to associate based in the Leeds office.
