Anthology has appointed Annabel Prentice (pictured right) as land and planning manager. Prentice will assist planning director Scott Bailey and development director Neil Sams in the infancy of the developer’s up-and-coming projects across London boroughs in line with the business’s land strategy.

Industrial developer and asset manager Chancerygate has promoted Alastair King (pictured second from right) to head of development. King joined the firm in 2007 and was closely involved in Chancerygate’s expanding development programme.

Erica Bell (pictured second from left) had joined Linden Homes as a director in the West Yorkshire technical team. Bell has 18 years’ experience in the technical field, primarily in the housebuilding sector. She is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of various developments across West Yorkshire.

Cushman & Wakefield’s EMEA global occupier services division has appointed Paul Foreman (pictured left) as a partner based in London. Foreman joins from GVA and will be part of the GOS EMEA logistics and industrial team.

Property and construction consultancy Ingleton Wood has appointed Ben Strange as head of professional services. Joe Skinnard joins as a senior chartered building surveyor.

Barings Real Estate, part of Barings Real Estate Investment Managers, has appointed Daniel Köhler as director of debt capital markets, structured real estate investments in Europe, to strengthen its global debt platform.

Christie & Co has appointed hotel development and investment specialist Olivia Chaplin as director from InterContinental Hotels Group.  Guillaume Lafond joins as an analyst from CitizenM in Amsterdam.

BuildForce has named Leadlease commercial director Angela Forbes as its new chair. Forbes is a founding partner of BuildForce, a UK-wide initiative that encourages military service leavers and veterans into careers in the UK construction sector.

Anthony Harris has joined building and project consultancy Paragon as a director to lead its newly launched rights of light and daylight consulting service. Harris joins from GIA and will work with the neighbourly matters team, led by director Aaron Langley.

Barberry Developments has appointed Emilie Douglas as property and marketing manager.

Law firm Irwin Mitchell has appointed senior lawyer Howard Davison to its banking & finance team in Leeds. The former DLA Piper partner is an experienced real estate finance expert and will work alongside banking & finance partner Paddy Sturman and senior associate Robert Farrell.

Rider Levett Bucknall has appointed Kyle McClelland as head of its London healthcare sector.  He will take up his new role in April, joining from Turner & Townsend.

Lambert Smith Hampton has strengthened its Lincoln office with the appointment of Andrew France as associate director in the planning & development consultancy and agency divisions.

Gallagher Estates has appointed Richard Edwards as planning director to work on development projects in the UK. Edwards previously worked at Redrow and Barratt Homes.

Barton Willmore has established a new development consulting team base in Soho, W1. It will specialise in providing support to landowners, developers, and local authorities. The new team includes: director, Andrew Murphy and associate Oliver Dawson from Lambert Smith Hampton.

Turley has appointed Nick Jones as head of strategic communications. His arrival coincides with the planning consultancy changing the name of its engagement service to strategic communications. Jones joins from GL Hearn, where he established and then ran its strategic communications offer.

Manchester-based building surveying practice Gray Scanlan Hill has appointed Guy Freeman as a senior associate director. Michael Johnson has joined the team as a graduate surveyor and Abbie Sizer joins as secretarial and project support.

Tunstall Real Estate Asset Management, the pan-European alternative investment management firm, has appointed real estate and finance expert Gerald Parkes as a senior adviser.

JLL has appointed senior surveyor Tom Shaw to its strategic occupier solutions team, part of the firm’s industrial & logistics group. He previously worked for Colliers International, where he was a surveyor working on behalf of landlords and occupiers.

Richard Tole has joined James A Baker as a director.  Tole joins from Punch Taverns and will focus on the business’s agency, development and investment arms.

Julian Smith, former fund director at BMO Real Estate Partners, has joined Aston Rose as a consultant to the investment team.

Aitchison Raffety has appointed Emma Kibble as a graduate surveyor in its commercial agency division. She has previously worked at Haus & Haus in Dubai and Lambert Smith Hampton.

Sanderson Weatherall in Leeds has appointed Dominic Towler as surveyor in its office agency team.

Robyn Gilmour has been appointed as head of business development and marketing, at European design centre Dar in London.

Ed Lovell joins Aston Rose as a graduate surveyor.
