Kemsley has appointed Ben Collins (pictured right) as senior associate. Collins will lead the agency team from its Romford office, specialising in disposals and acquisitions across East London and Essex.
Mike Bristow (pictured second from right), business strategy consultant, has been appointed chief executive of specialist property development P2P lender, CrowdProperty. Bristow co-founded CrowdProperty and has been on the board as a non-executive director since it was established in 2013. He takes up his position from fellow co-founder Simon Zutshi, who now becomes chairman.
Matt Paulson-Ellis (pictured second from left) has been appointed as an equity partner at Levy Real Estate. He joined the firm in 2010 and is head of the retail and restaurant agency team, which specialises in prime locations across London.
Will Freston (pictured left) has joined Knight Frank’s healthcare corporate consultancy team as surveyor from Colliers International, where he worked in the licensed & leisure department.
Acorn Property Group has appointed Phoebe Potter as group marketing co-ordinator, and Cassie Perkins has joined as marketing administrator.
Alexandra Deere has joined JLL in Exeter as a graduate surveyor in the retail, hospitality and leisure team.
Commercial property and investment company LCP has appointed Simon Haarer as asset manager for its retail and industrial portfolios in the south and east of England. He was previously an associate director with CBRE.
Andrew Gower has joined building consultancy Paragon as director to its newly launched occupier services. Gower will support owner-occupiers and tenants managing acquisitions, fit-outs and relocations.
Homebuilder Redrow has promoted David Gilling from senior land manager to head of land for its Yorkshire division in Wakefield.
Shackleton property has promoted Hannah White to director.
Dacre Son & Hartley senior surveyor James Wattrus has been promoted to director following his appointment to the board.
Lee Baron has appointed Rob Hobson to the executive board of Lee Baron Group. Hobson joined the firm in 2014 as a director of asset management and real estate solutions.
Retirement village provider Audley Group has recruited Sam Happe as digital marketing manager, and Lauren Barnes takes on the role of senior digital content executive. Both join from Parkdean Resorts.
JLL has appointed Sebastian Stevens as an associate director in its planning, development and heritage team, based in London. He joins from Lichfields.
Assael Architecture has promoted Stephen Taylor to associate director. He joined the firm in 2012.
Flexible office supplier Citibase has appointed Jo Murray as client development manager; Dave Moran as head of operations; Sarah-Jane Cross as commercial development manager; Anthony Coulam as head of property services; and Sheetal Banggar as HR manager.
Tony Burchett has been appointed to the management board at GVA. Burchett will remain in his role as managing director of GVA Acuity, where he leads a team responsible for delivering project and facilities management and consultancy services.
Pegasus Group has opened a new regional office at Allia Future Business Centre, Peterborough, headed up by planning director Andrew Hodgson.
The Collective has appointed James Penfold as global planning director. Penfold will work with chief executive Reza Merchant to lead and deliver the planning strategy for the business. He joins from GVA.
LJ Partnership has appointed Alan Aimers as director and head of credit in its structured finance team. He was formally head of credit risk – real estate, social housing and property risk management at Santander.
UK Central Solihull Urban Growth Company has appointed Lisa Chaney as senior development manager. Chaney will project lead the redesign of infrastructure at the HS2 Interchange Station site and the redevelopment of Birmingham International Station.
Architecture and design firm Perkins+Will has appointed Brandon Buck as design principal, based in its London studio.
Planning and advisory firm WSP has appointed Stephen Wells as head of discipline and Joan Murray as operations director to the project and commercial services team. Anne Dugdale has joined as technical director to the planning and advisory business.
Fisher German has appointed Stephen Holloway as a planner at its regional office in Worcester. Holloway joins from Wychavon District Council and will work on projects across the residential, commercial and agricultural sectors.
Natasha Baring has joined Lovell Homes as field sales manager to its East Anglia team. She will manage the sales and marketing of the company’s new-build homes across the region.
The building surveying team at Gerald Eve has appointed partners Rob Payne from Cluttons to its London office and Dean Collins from Trilogie Corporate Real Estate to its Manchester office.
Andrew Rettie, chairman of Strutt & Parker, has retired following more than 30 years with the firm. Jon Lambert, head of Strutt & Parker’s forestry arm John Clegg & Co, takes over the role.
Planning and development consultancy Lichfields has promoted directors Nicola Woodward and Neil Westwick to senior directors. Woodward opened the firm’s Scottish base in Edinburgh in 2015 and continues to lead the office. Westwick joined the London office in 2005 and moved to the North East office seven years ago.
Midlands-based residential developer Mulberry Homes has appointed Ian Sadler as managing director of its homes division. Mulberry has 25 years’ experience in residential development.
