Savills has appointed Stuart Fyvie (pictured right) has director in the building and project consultancy team in Aberdeen. Fyvie joins from FG Burnett. At Savills he will focus on delivering a range of services, including project monitoring and management, design and specification, dilapidations and building surveys.
Knight Frank has appointed Ed Kennerley (pictured second from right) as an associate in its Midlands logistics and industrial agency team. Kennerley joins from Cushman & Wakefield’s Birmingham office, where he was senior surveyor. Prior to that he worked at property agency Louis Taylor.
Jamie Kiddell (pictured second from left) has joined HUSH Project Management & Construction as a project manager. He joins from BAM Construct UK, where he worked as a site manager.
TLT has appointed partner Linda Convery (pictured left) has its new head of social housing. Convery has more than 30 years’ experience in the sector as a private practice adviser for various housing associations and is currently an active board member.
The commercial agency team at Strettons has recruited Jamie Mackenzie as an associate director from Aston Rose. Ben Kaye joins as a consultant. Surveyor Kurran Jagpal joins from Mehdi & Ward chartered surveyors, while Scott Ward-Reece joins as a commercial agent.
Jonathan Wood has joined the restructuring team at Fletcher Bond in Manchester. He previously worked at Capital Holdings.
Architectural practice Powell Dobson has promoted Bernadette Kinsella and Antony Davies to the board in recognition of their contribution to the practice. They both joined the firm in 2000.
Century Capital has appointed Alastair Caie as head of lending.
Touchstone has promoted James Perrett to operations director in specialist markets and Ben Beadle to operations director in PRS.
Colliers International’s city office team has appointed Tim Cooney as an associate director in its occupier acquisitions and advisory division. Cooney joins from Farebrother & Union Street Partners, where he provided strategic property advice to niche and corporate occupier clients, specialising in office acquisitions, lease regears, renewals and disposals.
Barratt chief executive David Thomas has joined the board of the Home Builders Federation.
AA Projects has relocated its Midlands office to Birmingham’s Alpha Tower. The move was prompted by growth figures of more than 30% for the company last year.
Sovereign Centros has promoted Luke Winstanley to investment director and Guy Beaumont to development director. Winstanley joined the firm in 2013 and had a key role in the company’s investment programme. Beaumont is responsible for development projects at Telford Shopping Centre, St Enoch in Glasgow and Trinity Walk in Wakefield, and joined the company in 2010 from Montagu Evans.
Rohan Campbell has joined Maples Teesdale as real estate finance partner. Campbell previously worked for Irwin Mitchell, where he was head of real estate finance in London.
BrickVest, the real estate online investment platform, has appointed Morten Møller Holst as chief operating officer in London. Frank Noé has been named as partner in Germany and Rafal Okninski as chief technology officer in London.
The commercial property team at Thrings solicitors has promoted Natalia Sokolov and Robert Barnes to partners and Rebecca Balmforth to legal director.
McBains has appointed Mark Baseby as director of its architecture team. He joined the firm in 2000.
Anne Dyer has joined Bruton Knowles as a surveyor in the Gloucester-based rural team. She previously advised on estate management at West Country attractions Longleat and Cheddar Caves.
Tunstall Real Estate Asset Management, the pan-European alternative investment management firm, has appointed Noel Manns as a senior adviser from Steve Smith and Gerald Parkes to the advisory board.
Sarah Longlands has been appointed director of think-tank IPPR North. She has worked at the organisation as a senior research fellow, taking the lead on work including a Great North Plan, a Natural Assets Strategy for the North and with the People’s Powerhouse movement.
Pellings has made the following appointments in the building surveyors’ team: Gary Reynolds, senior associate, Bromley office; Michelle Herring, building surveyor, Waterloo office; Ranvir Sandhar, building surveyor, Walton-on-Thames office. James Windsor and Tracy Smythe have joined the employers’ agent team as senior agents in the Bromley and Barnet offices respectively. In the Barnet office, Elgasim Kareem has joined as a senior CDM consultant.

Law firm Payne Hicks Beach has appointed Scott Goldstein as an associate in its dispute resolution department. He specialises in property litigation.
Siobhan Convery has joined William Harvey as director. She is experienced in investment, development, valuation and rent review across the Irish and UK markets.
Chris Kimber has joined Savills as a director in the building and project consultancy team in Oxford.
