Silverstone Building Consultancy has appointed David Nurser (pictured left) as a non-executive director to assist the firm in its next phase of growth. Nurser was co-founder and chief executive of CNP and part of the team that launched Paragon Building Consultancy.
Corstorphine + Wright has appointed Paul Thrussell (pictured second from left) as a director of the practice, based in Leeds and London.
Savills has appointed Emma Anderson (pictured second from right) to the building and project consultancy development monitoring team as a director. She joins from McBain and has an in-depth knowledge of advising on development loans and helping to identify and mitigate risk.
Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Anthony Martin (pictured right) as partner to its valuation team based in Bristol. Martin joins from Bruton Knowles.
WSP has appointed David Stephens as head of local government and Adrian Malone as head of digital project delivery and BIM for the transport and infrastructure team.
Knight Frank has recruited Samuel Lamb as senior negotiator at its Oxford office to manage sales across the city.
SDL Group has recruited Nick Faulkner as managing director of its property management franchise scheme, SDL Property Partners. Franchisees will be offered an intensive training course, Qube licence, company set-up and VAT registration and ongoing advice and support directly from experienced professionals within the SDL Group.
SEGRO has appointed Sue Clayton as an independent non-executive director, effective from 1 June. Clayton is non-executive director at Helical, a member of the committee of management at the Hermes Property Unit Trust and chair of the Barwood 2017 Property Fund.
Savills has appointed James Stack as a director in the building and project consultancy team at the firm’s Cambridge office. Stack joins from Capita, where he worked with key occupier and investor clients, including AXA, Aviva and LaSalle.
Knight Frank has appointed David Charlton and Alex Billington to its property asset management division in the Midlands from Mainstay Group.
Gemma Stubbings has joined Altum Capital from Internos Global Investors as financial controller.
Paul Finn has joined the Basingstoke office of Miller Homes as land director for the Southern region. He has more than 20 years’ experience in residential development.
SANNE has appointed Tracy Burns as director of global operations based at its headquarters in Jersey. Burns has also become a member of the group’s services leadership team.
Global law firm Reed Smith has appointed Nick Harris as a partner in its London real estate practice. He joins from Mishcon de Reya.
GVA has appointed associate Ian Thompson to its strategic advisory team. Thompson joins from Cushman & Wakefield. He will work with clients in the devolved sector, advising combined authorities, local enterprise partnerships and One Public Estate partnerships.
Gavin Eustace has been promoted to head of residential development at Octopus Property, part of the Octopus Group. He was previously head of credit residential development.
Holt Commercial has appointed Chris Hobday and Emma Hughes as chartered surveyors. Roger Stanway has joined as a consultant.
