Boyer has appointed Adam Wilkinson (pictured right) as associate director in its London office. Wilkinson is a chartered town planner with more than 10 years’ experience in the private, public and voluntary sectors.
Stratton Creber Commercial has appointed Tom Neville (pictured second from right) as director. Neville, who presently leads the firm’s Truro office, will take over responsibility for the professional services department. He will continue to provide valuation, landlord and tenant and business rates advice, with particular focus on the medical sector.
GCW has promoted Simon Horner (pictured second from left) to equity partner. He leads its alternative sectors team, covering hotels, retirement living, gyms, children’s nurseries, student housing and drive-through restaurants.
Arcadis has appointed Chris Lavery (pictured left) as regional director for Liverpool. Lavery will also represent Arcadis on the board of the Northern Powerhouse Partnership, where Arcadis is one of the founding partners.
John Molloy has joined the London office of Cording Real Estate Group as a senior project manager in construction. Molloy joins from CRL where he was a risk management and warranty surveyor.
HSM has recruited Tom Larkin from Savills to its investment and development team.
GVA has appointed Peter Woodley as a director to the strategic advisory team. Woodley was recently a lead officer for Plymouth City Council, co-ordinating its One Public Estate programme.
Architectural design firm WATG has appointed Martin Pease as managing director of its London practice. Pease brings 25 years of design and commercial business experience to the role, with expertise across the UK, United States and the Middle East.
European logistics property firm Logicor has promoted Simon Clinton to chief financial officer.
Jack Taylor a surveyor at Aitchison Raffety has passed his assessment of professional competence and has become a member of the RICS.
Primmer Olds has appointed Rebecca Newton as director and head of professional services. Newton was formerly a director at JLL’s Southampton office.
M J Mapp retail management team has hired Matthew Gioia and Caroline Cubbin as associate directors. Charlie Dennis joins the Bristol retail team as a surveying executive.
Octopus Property has appointed Daniel Murray as head of London sales. Darius Shekarrizi joins as business development manager for the South East. Mert Zabci joins as commercial investment manager and Matthew Pritchard has been appointed as head of structuring.
Property conglomerate Far East Consortium has appointed Andrew Bradley-Nixon as senior sales and marketing manager. He previously worked at Lendlease.
Hartnell Taylor Cook has promoted David North to partner. Chris Wright has been made director in the London office agency team. In Bristol, Gemma-Jane Ogden in investment and Shaun Hall in facilities management have been promoted to senior associates; and Tom Gable in property management has been promoted to associate. Guy Davies has been made senior surveyor in London’s building surveying team.
Julia Green has joined Dacre, Son & Hartley as office manager in Skipton.
Jonathan Mortimer has joined Connells estate agents as an area manager.
Charlotte Gannon has joined CBRE as a director in its UK client solutions team. Gannon joins from Cushman & Wakefield’s global occupier services team where she advised clients on maximising the efficiency of their global real estate portfolios.
Construction contractor Stepnell has recruited Christian White as a bid manager from Interserve Construction.
Law firm Shoosmiths has appointed commercial property and residential development specialist Paul Murray as a partner.
DB symmetry has recruited Kevin Theobold as its new national head of construction and board member. He was previously senior director of RPS Group.
Lee Bedford has been appointed senior commercial and operations manager at design and fit-out firm Crown Workspace. Bedford joins from Habit Action London, where he was senior pre-contract manager, overseeing and developing a new design-and-build division for the group.
Simon Gait has joined Acorn Property Group’s Bristol office as development director, replacing Ed Lewis who will head Acorn’s new office in Exeter. Gait previously worked as land director for McCarthy & Stone.
