Mandy St John Davey has been named the new vice-chairman of Women in Property. She takes up the role with immediate effect, and will succeed national chairman Jo Williams in March 2019.
Jason Mound has joined Rapleys land development project management team and will provide services to developers, land owners, local authorities and investors nationally.
Redrow has appointed Kevin Parker as group master planning director. He joins from Barton Wilmore, where he worked on master plans for strategic sustainable urban extensions and the UK’s new garden cities.
Savills’ West End office agency team has appointed Angus Tullberg as a surveyor. He joins from Cushman & Wakefield and will provide marketing and agency advice on the disposal and acquisition of leasehold office properties across central London.
Ryden has recruited Robert Dunston as development consultant and Ian Whittaker as associate director in the industrial agency team in Manchester. Both previously worked for GVA.
Stephanie Kaul has joined the London design team at Acorn Property Group as design manager.
Fisher German has recruited Ella Cartwright as national new homes manager. She joins from Bidwells, where she was a sales negotiator.
Miller Homes has appointed Paul Finn as land director for the southern region. He has previous experience in land acquisition in the care, residential and retirement sectors.
The Real Estate practice at law firm Lodders has appointed Mark Miller as head of the team. James Mottram has been promoted to equity partner and Cheryl Payne and Laura Taylor are promoted to associate.
North Yorkshire developer Newby has appointed Francesca Wright as marketing manager and Ben Roberts as sales manager.

Newly named senior associates include: Marc Capillaire, building consultancy; Sophie Daw, office agency; Gemma Dow, corporate property management; Barry McEwan, rating; Tim Murphy, alternative markets valuations; and John Prichard, capital markets.
Turley has appointed Mike O’Brien as director in its northern planning team, based in Manchester. O’Brien joins from Hourigan Connolly and has experience in the residential sector, having worked with national and regional housebuilders and land promoters.
Aitchison Raffety has appointed Daniel Jones as a planning consultant. Based in the Northampton office, his remit will involve planning projects in development and promoting land in emerging local plans.
Greg Cooper has joined Hines UK in the newly created role of director of industrial and logistics. Cooper joins from Anglesea Capital.
Hourigan Connolly has appointed Niall Mellan as senior planner at its Manchester northern quarter office. Mellan joins from Countryside Properties.
Ed Hine has joined Eddisons’ valuation team as a director from Sanderson Weatherall. Jack Hutchinson has been promoted to associate director in the valuation team, and Chris Nettleton has joined the building and project consultancy division.
Barker Storey Matthews has appointed Thomas Campbell as a graduate surveyor to assist with the firm’s commercial property agency and professional services portfolio, based in the Huntingdon office.
Anna Petrenko has joined AZ Real Estate as an associate. Petrenko will be responsible for sourcing investments for clients, ranging from prime London commercial units to high-yielding properties and development project acquisitions.
Turner & Townsend has appointed Peter McGettrick as managing director to lead its UK advisory business. He joined the firm in 2016.
Architecture firm HLM has appointed Philip Watson as director to the board.
Emily Evans has joined niche retail and leisure agency HRH Retail as a graduate surveyor, to assist with its expanding portfolio of high street and shopping centre instructions.
Cromwell Property Group has appointed Lodewijk Zweers to the new role as head of capital and operations, Europe.
Kasia Glaz has joined Cushman & Wakefield’s UK healthcare advisory team as a senior surveyor in Bristol. Glaz has worked exclusively in healthcare, providing valuation and consultancy to lenders, operators and investors.
