Harris Lamb has recruited surveyor Dawn Cox (pictured left) from JLL. Cox specialises in property and asset management, and has extensive experience within the office, industrial and retail sectors.
Turley has appoint Ben Wrighton (pictured second from left) as head of planning in its London real estate sector. Wrighton has more than 20 years’ experience working with investors and developers on major retail, commercial and mixed-use development projects.
Matthews & Goodman has appointed Richard Moreton (pictured second from right) as senior associate. Moreton joins the firm following 14 years at GVA. In his new role he will provide valuation advice across all asset classes for loan security, accounting and viability purposes.
Matthew Wood (pictured right) has joined Wates Developments as development manager. Wood will support the business’s joint venture investments across the South of England. He will be responsible for identifying new housebuilder joint venture sites for development, generating new contacts and engaging with the business, and disposal strategies on portfolio sites.
Carter Jonas has appointed Helen Melling as an energy specialist to its infrastructure and energy team in Leeds. She joins from energy consultancy Ameresco.
AXA Investment Managers – Real Assets has appointed Frederick Widl as country head for Switzerland, effective February 2019.
Lovell has appointed Anthony Vagges as regional commercial director. Vagges will lead on all financial and legal aspects of Lovell’s operations across South Wales and the South West.
Andrew Crosher has joined Trident Building Consultancy as a director within the building surveying team. He was head of building surveying at John Rowan and Partners.
Graham Lewis, founder of Midlands housebuilder Avoncroft Homes, has been appointed to the board of Grevayne Properties as a non‑executive director.
Arcadis has appointed Natalie Sauber to lead its manufacturing and technology research and insight.
Hearthstone Investment Management has appointed John Coles as asset manager. He will be responsible for managing the property portfolio of the firm’s private equity fund, Hearthstone Residential Fund 1.
Pam Williamson has joined Warehouse REIT Group as financial controller in the financial management team.
AEW has appointed Vanessa Roux-Collet as general counsel in Europe. Based in Paris, she will report to Rob Wilkinson, chief executive officer for AEW, Europe.
Thor Equities Europe has appointed Joanna Jackson as executive director responsible for overseeing the company’s operating platform and its asset management in Europe. She previously worked in the European transactions team at Pears Global Real Estate Investors.
Ingleton Wood has promoted Simon Gorst to partner, Chris Mabbutt has been appointed director and Steven Clarke has been made an associate in the Billericay office. Gary Benn and Ian Morrison have been promoted to senior associates, and Anthony Bailey has become an associate, in the Cambridge office. The Colchester and Norwich offices have promoted Paul Ruffell to director and Alec Hunter to senior associate.
TH Real Estate has appointed Jack Sibley as innovation and technology strategist, a new role focused on leveraging innovation and technology to boost client service and investment performance. Sibley joined the firm in 2016 as an analyst in the research and development team.
Global student accommodation provider Campus Living Villages has appointed Lee McLean as its new UK CEO. McLean will join the business in September from Vita Student, where he is the current managing director.
GVA has appointed Patrick Duffy and Hannah Fiszpan as directors to lead the environmental planning service offer. Fiszpan and Duffy join from Waterman Infrastructure & Environment. In their new roles at GVA they will be responsible for environmental impact assessment and advising on environmental constraints and planning at the site feasibility and masterplanning stages of a project.
Colliers International has appointed Mark Bott to the newly created role of head of serviced offices, offering specialist advice to occupiers on co-working, flexible and serviced office spaces.
Iceni Projects has appointed Lucy Moroney as assistant planner and David Kavanagh as managing director.
Cheffins has promoted Ryan Bourgaise to director at the Haverhill office. Ben Thompson has been promoted to associate at the Cambridge office.
Capital & Regional has appointed Vasiliki Arvaniti as asset portfolio director. Arvaniti will be responsible for the delivery of the community shopping masterplan strategy across C&R’s shopping centres.
Fisher German has appointed Mike Price as a partner to strengthen the commercial team. Price joins from Johnson Fellows, where he established and ran the industrial and distribution department for more than six years. Before that he was head of industrial and logistics agency at Knight Frank in the Midlands.
