Trina Marshall (pictured left) has been appointed principal regional leader of consulting at HOK in London. Marshall joins from CBRE and has more than 17 years’ experience delivering workplace and portfolio expertise. In her new role she will lead the delivery of the consulting offerings for facilities strategy and strategic portfolio planning, workplace strategy, wellness strategy and change management.

Lovell has appointed Will Wright (pictured second from left) as land and partnership manager for East Anglia. He joins from Savills where he was an associate development surveyor advising landowners across Norfolk and Suffolk on opportunities for residential development.

Knight Frank has appointed Joseph Hardy (pictured second from right) as an associate in the healthcare team, to support its valuations team. Hardy has previously worked at JLL and CBRE, and has acted on the valuation of specialist Retirement and Healthcare assets and development projects for international and domestic clients.

Cavendish Maxwell has appointed Benjamin Walker (pictured right) as an associate partner in the project and building consultancy. Walker specialises in technical due diligence, lifecycle costing, condition surveys, dilapidations and project management of alteration and refurbishment projects.

Legal & General has appointed Ben Denton as managing director of Legal & General Affordable Homes. Denton joins from Sovereign Housing Association where he was executive director of property and development. Ian Graham joins the board of Legal & General Affordable Homes as chairman with over 30 years of specialist experience as head of Trowers & Hamlin’s housing and regeneration division.

The Howard de Walden Estate has appointed Jenny Casebourne as head of retail, beginning in the autumn. Casebourne joins from JLL where she was a director in the retail and leisure team.

Inspired Villages Group, an operator and developer of later living accommodation has appointed Jim Fogden as land director; Jez Conen as senior development manager; Dean Bower as development manager; Neil Burgin as senior programme manager; and Craig Raymond as project manager.

Natalie Howard has joined DRC Capital as partner from AgFe.

Picton has appointed Maria Bentley as a non-executive director. Bentley has 35 years’ experience in the financial services sector and is currently a non-executive director of Nomura Europe Holdings and Nomura International.

Lichfields has promoted Kelly Phillips to planning director in the London office. Jenny Nye in the Newcastle office, and London-based Nick Bishop, Rachel Clements, and Steven Ward have been appointed to associate director. Stephanie Walker and Bethan Haynes have been promoted to senior planner and senior economics consultant in London, respectively.

M3 Consulting has appointed Emily D’Enrico as senior development manager. D’Enrico, joins the business from the London Legacy Development Corporation where she was a senior development manager.

Malcolm Hollis partner James Audsley has been appointed head of its Leeds office. He will continue to lead the party wall and neighbourly matters team. Audsley also specialises in freehold and leasehold acquisition surveys, and deals with dilapidations instructions on behalf of clients including LandSec and SEGRO.

M&E consultancy Couch Perry Wilkes has promoted Gareth Moad and Nilesh Mistry to directors. Jim Buckley and Oliver Cozens have been made associates.

The Frost Partnership has appointed Sham Thapar as head of commercial agency in investments and developments.

Iceni Projects has appointed Nick Ireland as a director in its strategic planning team. He joins from GL Hearn where he led the economic consulting team.

Colliers International’s investment property management team in Birmingham has appointed Liz Steele as an associate; Laura Dumitru and Sami Miah as estate assistants; Oliver Taylor as property assistant; and Madelaine Royston has joined as a social media and marketing administrator.

The leasing team at Realm has appointed Gareth Hine and William Blake as leasing managers and Max Delamain as a leasing surveyor. The trio will work across the portfolio of outlet and shopping centres, which includes London Designer Outlet, Dalton Park in Durham, and Princes Quay in Hull.

Colin Sinclair, chief executive of Knowledge Quarter Liverpool, has been appointed to the dual role of interim chief executive of the newly formed Knowledge Quarter Development Company.

Real estate software firm Coyote has appointed Fred Attrill as head of marketing; Rhys Ackery as consulting manager; Paige Butler as support and training analyst; Sowmya Golyala as QA engineer; and Akos Radler as .Net engineer.

Kate Howe, former associate director at Scarborough Group International, has joined Muse Developments as senior development surveyor. Howe will oversee the delivery of Muse’s Chester and Islington Wharf schemes as well as assisting on the Wirral regeneration joint venture.
