WiredScore has promoted Cassandra Wheeldon (pictured left) to director of partnerships, UK and Ireland. Wheeldon joined the firm two years ago and has built the customer service platform across the country. She is responsible for driving engagement with WiredScore’s 160 landlord and developer clients in the UK and Ireland.
Boyer has appointed James Mercer (pictured second from left) as an associate director in the development economics team in the London office. Mercer joins from Urban Delivery and has extensive experience advising clients on residential and mixed-use developments.
Jessica Rhodes (pictured second from right) has joined Delva Patman Redler’s London-based rights of light team as senior surveyor. She has previously held senior roles at GIA and JLL.
Levy Real Estate has appointed Gavin Quinn (pictured right) as an associate in its industrial investment team. Quinn will focus on the sale and acquisition of single-let and multi-let industrial assets across London and the UK.
Victoria Turnbull has joined Henry Adams as a senior land manager in the Chichester office. Turnbull joins from the land team at Radian, where she worked for six years.
Moretons Investments has recruited George Dobson as director of commercial operations. He has previously worked at SHW and Graves Jenkins in the commercial agency departments.
Real Estate Management has appointed Matt Peaty as head of health and safety. Peaty will be responsible for driving health and safety best practice across REM’s portfolio – Park House, 48 Pall Mall and Shard Quarter. He joins from Salisbury Group.
SHW has recruited Carlie Cheall as a senior surveyor in the professional division, specialising in education and healthcare. Lizzie Oliver has joined as a graduate in the professional team, and Harry Richards has joined as a graduate surveyor on industrial placement with the Croydon building consultancy division. The property team has appointed Jeff Snelling as facilities manager, and Chris Heather has been recruited as a senior planner.
Tungsten Properties has appointed Andrew Cox as development director in the property team. Cox has 21 years’ property experience and joins from Rigby Group where he was development manager covering its airport and real estate portfolios. David Mole has been appointed as development surveyor.
Indigo Planning has appointed Rebecca Fieldhouse from Iceni Projects as an associate director in the Birmingham office. In London, Philip Freeman-Bentley has been promoted to associate, Michael Wood to associate director, Mark Teasdale to director; and Anna Stott, Alex MacGregor and George Burgess have been appointed senior planners. The Leeds office has appointed Julie White and David Smith as associate directors; Beth McQue has been promoted to senior planner; and Fraser Dann appointed as planner.
Cushman & Wakefield’s UK healthcare advisory team has appointed Katie Richardson as senior surveyor in its Manchester office. She joins from the commercial valuation team at JLL and is experienced in primary care, nursing and care homes, and has a background in the valuation, acquisition and disposal of general commercial property.
Clearview Homes has appointed Barry Knowler as managing director. He has previously worked at Laing Homes, Crest Homes, Barratt and Michael Shanly.
Connells estate agency has appointed Gwyn Gittins as area director for Essex and Suffolk.
Avant Homes has promoted Mark Mitchell to chief operating officer. He has been group operating officer for 15 months.
GVA has recruited Rob Gordon as director responsible for leading the valuation services team in the North East. James Atkinson has been appointed as an associate in the land and development team.
East London regeneration firm Be First has recruited Jonathan Langham, formerly of Savills, as head of commercial development; Ben Green joins as development manager from Rockwell Property; and Emma Thorpe, previously with JLL, has been appointed as associate planner.
Ashley Pearson has joined Kemsley as a commercial agency surveyor in the Basildon office. Pearson has experience in negotiation, commercial property, sales and lettings and asset management. He previously worked for Dedman Gray and Pier Management.
Jason Morris has joined Bulleys as a management surveyor following 21 years with Lex Allan. In his new role he will manage the day-to-day running of the industrial estates, retail parks and offices on behalf of the firm’s clients.
Graham Lewis, founder of Midlands housebuilder Avoncroft Homes, is to join the board of Grevayne Properties as a non-executive director. In his role as construction manager he will advise on all construction matters as Grevayne expands its residential development programme.
BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed James Gann as senior director in the international investment group team based in Hong Kong.
Architecture and design firm Perkins+Will has appointed Jonathan Ross as business development and marketing director at its London studio.
Paul Oldridge has joined Redrow Homes (Yorkshire) as managing director, from Gleeson Homes & Regeneration, where he spent two years as regional director for its operations in the North West.
