Ben Fisher (pictured left) has been promoted to partner at Farebrother and Union Street Partners. He joined the firm in 2017 and advises on leasing and development across central London.
Fisher German has appointed Toby Harris (pictured second from left) to its sales team. He joins from Strutt and Parker.
Leon Guyett (pictured second from right) has joined Muse Developments from Ask Real Estate as a development director in the North West team.
JLL has recruited Kirsteen Lamont (pictured right) as senior surveyor in its office agency team in Glasgow. She was previously with Lambert Smith Hampton where she joined as a graduate surveyor in 2014.
CS2 Chartered Surveyors has appointed Rob Bradley as director and head of its London office. Bradley has more than 30 years’ experience working with both landlord/investor and occupier clients to deliver strategic property solutions.
BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed Claus Thomas as the new CEO of BNP Paribas REIM, Germany.
Pennycuick Collins has promoted Laura Lock to senior property manager in the residential block management team. David Baker has been promoted to senior building surveyor.
Picton has appointed Maria Bentley as a non-executive director, effective from 1 October.
Tibbalds Planning and Urban Design has promoted Katja Stille and Matt Shillito to directors. Lizzie Le Mare has been promoted to associate director.
Ethical Property has appointed Conrad Peberdy as interim managing director. He joined the firm in 2009 as director of development having previously worked as managing director of Bristol East Side Traders.
International real estate investor 90 North has appointed Richard Banks as board adviser. Banks will support the firm in developing strategic partnerships in the Middle East on real estate investments.
Stuart Kiddie has joined Redleaf as agency director.
West Eleven has appointed Annika Prince as development manager. Prince brings seven years’ experience at Deloitte Real Estate to the role, including placements in the Middle East and with Transport for London’s property development team.
Vickery Holman’s Exeter office has appointed Stephen Hart as lead of the building surveying team; Ian Davidson has joined the property management team; Ollie Yeoman has been appointed to assist associate; Chartered surveyor, Charles Berry has joined the valuation team; and Clare Cochrane and Mike Oldrievein have been recruited to the agency team.
John Vaudin has joined Round Hill Capital as managing director for Ireland. Vaudin will lead the expansion of the firm’s business in Ireland with responsibility for spearheading the group’s investment, development and operational strategy.
Novus has appointed John Palfreyman as a non-executive director.
WYG has appointed former PwC director Freddy Bob-Jones as its Africa director. He will lead the firm’s international development work across Africa from its Nairobi office.
Trident Building Consultancy’s Manchester office has appointed Michael Boyle as a senior chartered building surveyor; Muhammad Hamzah has joined as an assistant building surveyor; and William Thorpe joins as a graduate surveyor/project manager.
Landbay has appointed Rob Stanton from Paragon as a regional account manager for the Midlands.
Chris Huntly-Gordon has joined HUB as head of acquisitions from Crest Nicholson. He will be responsible for acquiring privately-owned land for development, and leading on public sector regeneration opportunities.
