This week’s appointments and promotions Paul Fosh Auctions has appointed Jay Ridsdale to lead its new auction operation based in Bristol. He has held partner and director-levels positions at Alder King and Colliers International. Bruton Knowles has appointed Dorian Wragg as a partner to the commercial team in the Gloucester office. He was previously a director at Grice Collins Long. The Manchester office of architectural practice Sheppard Robson has promoted James Jones and Neal Allen-Burt to partners. Valentino Capelo and Jonathon McCrone have been promoted to associates. Vincent Gabbe has joined Boyer as an associate director in the London office. He has more than 17 years’ experience as a planning professional in mixed-use, residential, education and health sectors. Picton Property Income has appointed Sheryl Bates as marketing and communications manager. Colliers International has appointed Richard Nicholas as an associate to lead its investment property management team in Bristol. Knight Frank has appointed Will Matthews as a partner. He was previously a senior research manager at Deloitte real Estate and will join the commercial research team as a specialist in capital markets analysis. Matthews will work with Anthony Duggan, head of global capital markets research. Stephan Mouzouri has joined Carrington Group as land director for South East England. He joins from Countrywide Land and New Homes and will be based in the London office, where he will be responsible for acquiring brownfield and strategic land opportunities. CBRE’s healthcare team has appointed Sam Wright as director in its healthcare banking advisory business. Nadine Upton and Emily Martyn have joined as analysts in the valuation and agency services. OneDome has appointed Nigel Knowles as chairman and Edward Rumble as non-executive director. Build to Rent owner-operator Atlas Residential has appointed Stephanie Smith as UK portfolio director. Smith joins from Yardi Systems and in her new role will oversee property performance and team operations across the firm’s UK developments. Luke Thacker has joined GVA as an associate in the Midlands industrial and distribution team. He will work on schemes at Fradley Park in Lichfield and Solar Park in Solihull. Private equity real estate firm Mitheridge Capital Management has appointed Delancey Real Estate chief executive Jamie Ritblat as non-executive chairman. NewRiver has appointed Baroness Ford of Cunninghame as senior independent non-executive director. She will take up her role on 1 September. Ford has more than 20 years’ experience as a non-executive director and chairman of private and stock exchange-listed companies. She is currently chairman of STV Group and senior independent non-executive director of SEGRO. Rider Levett Bucknall has made the following appointments. Nick Eliot, senior partner; Andrew Fettes-Brown, senior partner, quantity surveying; Ian Blakeman, partner, data centres; Paul Goodwin, partner, engineering services; and Tim Spencer, partner, corporate fit-outs. Aman Dalvi has joined the board of directors at Henley Homes Group. He was previously a corporate director at Tower Hamlets Council. In his new role Dalvi will focus on building relationships with local authorities and registered housing providers. Newcore Capital Management has promoted Neil Sarkhel to associate director in investment management. Juliette Chatellier has been appointed financial controller and Louise Bulmer finance manager. Tunstall Real Estate Asset Management, the pan-European investment management firm has appointed Tom Tunley as vice president. He joins from Mount Street Loan Solutions. Zhongnan Huang joins from Grosvenor as an associate. Acorn Property Group has appointed Keryn Bromfield as development co-ordinator in the Cardiff office. She will assist the team on projects in the planning and implementation stages. Property developer Simon Wilson has joined Jaynic Properties as project director for its Suffolk Park development in Bury St Edmunds. He was previously senior development manager at Kier Property. Cluttons has appointed Simon Latham as non-executive chairman of its investment and fund management business. Knight Frank has recruited Mandip Bhogal as senior analyst in its commercial research team to focus on healthcare and strengthening its market-leading research capabilities.  Bhogal joins from care home developer and operator Porthaven Care Homes Group where he was a senior analyst. Bruton Knowles has appointed Matthew Goaley as an associate based in the Birmingham office. Goaley who previously worked for DVS Property Specialists, joins the specialist valuations team and will work with local councils and other public sector bodies. Indigo has recruited Bethany McQue as a planner in the Leeds office and Tom Dilke as a researcher in the central London office.
