Engineering consultancy Meinhardt has appointed Nathaniel Gregory as regional director for integrated design management services in Birmingham. Theresa Mohammed has joined Watson Farley & Williams’ London disputes resolution team as a partner. She joins from Trowers & Hamlin. The Pollen Estate has appointed Jenny Casebourne as head of portfolio from Howard de Walden Estate to lead the estate’s strategic goals for occupiers in Mayfair. Chris Stewart Group has appointed Tessa Allen from Abrdn as chief operating officer and Marzena D’Arcy as people and culture director from Artisanal Spirit Company. Domvs Group has appointed former senior CBRE executive Martin Samworth as a non-executive director. He has almost 40 years of experience in advisory services in APAC and EMEA. The London office of Prologis UK has expanded its capital deployment and leasing team with the addition of directors Jason Pickering from Cushman & Wakefield and Ryan Gordon from Stripe Street. Evolve Estates has appointed Mike Dobey as national property manager and Zoe France and Jason Gregg as regional estate managers for the North East and North West, respectively. Mike Sayers, Berefords Group’s sales director, has retired after 35 years. He served on the company’s residential sales and financial services boards. DM Hall Chartered Surveyors has appointed Steven Dale and Greg Fisher as directors. Lesley Coghill, Roger Davis, Jennifer Campbell, Calum Allmond, Kevin Masson and Duncan Clow have been promoted to associates. Melinda Knatchbull has been appointed as chief financial and operating officer of Immobel Capital Partners. She has more than 25 years’ experience in the fund management industry. Dentons has recruited John Arey as a partner in its UK real estate practice. He joins from Ashurst. Office Space in Town has named Giles Fuchs as chairman and Niki Fuchs as chief executive. Simon Eastlake has been appointed managing director, and Georgia Sandom has been named director of operations. Lauren Blake has been promoted to head of Cheffins’ Newmarket office, overseeing all aspects of residential sales and lettings. Aecom has appointed Jonathan Moore as head of project, programme and cost management for the north of England. Savills has hired Ellis Auger as a director based in London. He joins from Curzon Advisers and will focus on leisure and trade corporate advisory. Jessica Hardman head of European real estate portfolio management and head of the UK real estate group at DWS Group has been appointed as junior vice president of the British Property Federation. Adam Cohen, Callum Mortimer, Gareth Storer, and James Pearson have left GCW to set up Four & Co, a multidisciplinary firm supporting landlords and tenants.
