CBRE has promoted Emma Buckland (pictured left) to managing director of its UK asset services team and the UK management board. Buckland joined the firm in 2016 as chief operating officer of UK asset services.
Legal & General has appointed Michael Dempsey as director of development and investment. Shaun Holdcroft (pictured second from left) has joined as director of operations for Legal & General Affordable Homes.
Emmersons Solicitors has appointed commercial law specialist Lee Gilder (pictured second from right) to oversee both residential and commercial legal work.
Gordon Hood (pictured right) has joined Savills as head of lettings for Reading and Marlow. He has more than 18 years’ experience in the property industry.
Ian Smallman has joined Principle Estate Management as a director from CPBigwood. He will focus on growing the residential and mixed-use property investor’s client list.
Octopus Property has appointed Paula Purdy as business development manager for the North of England.
Cushman & Wakefield’s UK residential division has appointed Simon Capp as a partner in its international project marketing team.
AskPorter has appointed Curran McKay as chief commercial officer, responsible for leading the company’s sales and business development.
SDL Auctions has appointed Debs Latham as head of residential auctions for the North West, Cheshire and North Wales.
BMO Real Estate Partners has promoted Kamila Bouyahiaoui to European transactions associate. She joined the firm in 2017 as senior analyst.
Stuart Yates has joined Edinburgh House Estates as senior asset manager.

The South West rural team of Carter Jonas has appointed Chris Johnson as an associate in the Bath office.
Peel Land and Property has appointed Ian Wilson as marketing director.
Peter Dening has retired from Pennycuick Collins after more than 30 years. Dening was a member of the Association of Residential Managing Agents throughout his career, and in July 2018 he was awarded the ARMA Ace, honorary industry award.
Housebuilder Hill has promoted Rob Jack and Tom Hill to regional directors for the Eastern region and Cambridge investment partnership division, respectively.
Barton Willmore’s Midlands office has appointed Luke Hillson as design director. Hillson, who joins from IDP Group, is a specialist in masterplanning, urban design, placemaking and wayfinding.
AZ Real Estate has hired former Cushman & Wakefield consultant Katya Repina-Millard as an associate. She will be responsible for sourcing and structuring residential and commercial deals.
Phil Taylor has joined Willmott Dixon Interiors as principal sales and marketing manager, based in the West Midlands.
