CBRE has appointed Leanne Keyte (pictured, left) as a senior director in its debt and structured finance team. She joins from Shoosmiths where she was legal director in real estate finance.
Shelley Sandzer has promoted Tony Levine (pictured, right) to director of leasing. He will work alongside joint managing partner, Ted Schama. Levine joined the firm in 2016 and has acted for clients such as Landsec, Lendlease and Shaftesbury Estate.

ESTAMA UK has appointed Nick Round as head of asset and property management. He has more than 30 years’experience in the commercial property sector and joins from intu, where he was head of partnerships, food and beverage, and leisure across 16 of its centres.
Barings Real Estate has appointed Kristina Arsenievich as director of European real estate ESG. Based in London, she will lead the firm’s ESG strategy for European real estate and launch carbon neutral and climate resilience policies to aid the delivery of Barings’ net zero carbon ambition.
CBRE has hired Paul Davies as a senior director in its investor and developer project management team. He is a chartered engineer and has held senior positions at Turner & Townsend and Faithful+Gould. In his new role, Davies will focus on the delivery of major projects for developers and investors for the UK and Ireland business.
BECG has appointed the former leader of Ealing Council Julian Bell and planning strategy expert Judith Salomon as strategic advisers to boost its political and communications offering to clients in the built environment.
Patrizia has appointed Katsumi Nakamoto as president and representative director of its Japan business. He was previously president of Diamond Realty Management.
Joy Abiola has joined real estate stock exchange IPSX as director of capital markets from GP Bullhound Investment Management.
Boyer has appointed Katherine Dowdall as a principal planner in the Cardiff and Bristol offices. Joining the team as graduate planners are Tilly Meighen in the London office; Annabelle Miller in the Bristol and Cardiff office; Gareth Mendham in the Colchester office; and Jade Bowes in the Wokingham office.
Gracewood Construction has appointed Jason Smith as its new commercial manager. He joins from Berkeley Homes and brings more than 20 years’ experience in quantity surveying, management and commercial planning to the role.
Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Tom Nuttall as head of its healthcare, life sciences and infrastructure teams; Tom Robinson as head of healthcare; and Amy King as head of UK retirement living.
Moto has hired Jess Lockwood as its new property director. She joins the chain in October from Welcome Break where she was head of development.
David Tonks has rejoined Cushman & Wakefield as head of its repurposing team to advise on underperforming assets. He previously spent 30 years at the agency, before joining the Government Property Agency.
