Colliers has appointed Wing Chan Dean (pictured, left) to lead its UK international properties team based across London and Hong Kong. She will be responsible for marketing UK new-build developments to overseas clients.
Carter Jonas has appointed Dominic Grist (pictured, centre) as an associate partner in its planning and development team in the South, where he will support private, institutional and public sector landowning clients.
Alder King has appointed Tom Jackson (pictured, right) as a surveyor in its Bristol residential development team to meet increased client demand for development consultancy services.
Guy Gittins has joined Foxtons as chief executive. He formerly worked at Chestertons where he grew the letting business.
David Moore has launched Moore Development Management, a client focused business that oversees and advises on the promotion and delivery of strategic land. He was previously development director at St Modwen.
Seventy Ninth Group has appointed Colin Smith as chief marketing officer, Glen Parker as group operations manager and Vince Topping as group finance manager.
Stefano Fissolo has joined GLP Europe as senior director for renewables, where he will drive the expansion of its on-site renewable energy programme.
Michelle Ludik has been appointed regional leader of conservation at HOK London. She has more than two decades of experience in building preservation and design. Her previous projects include work at the Old Admiralty Building in London and the Usher Gallery in Lincoln.
Eddisons has hired Donna Alderson as a senior surveyor. She joins from Newcastle City Council where she managed a varied portfolio of properties including Grainger Market, Eldon Square shopping centre and the Theatre Royal.
The Stockholm office of Savills has hired Robb Simpson as a director and Viktor Pettersson as an associate director in its investment team.
Colliers’ project and building consultancy team has recruited directors Stuart Taggart and Jack Fletcher. This follows Colliers’ strategic partnership with Paragon Building Consultancy, bringing together building surveyors, cost consultants, project managers, environmental experts and sustainability specialists throughout the UK.
Delin Property has hired Gary Jones as chief financial officer to support its European growth strategy. He previously worked for Aprirose.
QuadReal Property Group has appointed Farhaz Miah as vice president research and strategy to lead its research function across the UK and European markets.
Lichfields has appointed Pippa Nisbet as planning director to grow its operations in London and the South East. She joins from JLL and is experienced in advising on residential, commercial, financial, education and healthcare projects for both private and public sector clients.
Cundall has appointed Andrew Jackson as building services partner. He joins from Foster+Partners.
CBRE Investment Management has appointed Justine Weber Bret as director of transactions and asset management logistics in the Nordics.
HSBC Asset Management has appointed Victoria Sharpe as head of real assets and Scott McClurg as head of private credit for its alternatives division, HSBC Alternatives.
Cliff Wong has joined Davidson Estates’ new homes department in Birmingham as a consultant. He joins from Martin & Co Letting and Estate Agents.
City fringe specialist Belcor has promoted Adam Soning to associate in its investment team.
Knight Frank has appointed Sofia Lira Salas as head of lettings in its Hyde Park office, where she will lead a team of negotiators and build the company’s market share.
Middleton Advisors has appointed property advisors Tom Parsons to the sales team and Oliver Sanhaji to the buyers’ team for the prime London market.
